Jay is a co-owner and co-founder of Nurture and Know, Certified Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator and CPR/First Aid Instructor.

Jay made the decision to go into birth work after having a doula for the birth of her daughter. Jay experienced the act of being held during childbirth and wanted to provide that same experience to other birthing people.

Jay is dedicated to educating and empower her clients to advocate for their best birth.

When not at a birth, you can generally find Jay curled up with a good book or spending time outdoors.
