Ziah is a co-owner and co-founder of Nurture and Know, a DONA certified birth doula, certified hypnobirthing instructor and certified placenta encapsulator.

She has worked in the birth community for the last 5 years but took the leap to become certified after her own positive birth experience in 2021.

Ziah loves spending time with her daughter, family and 5 dogs. On any given weekend you can find her outside exploring new trails and places with her friends.

Ziah is deeply passionate about educating and advocating for a calm and mindful birth. She believes everyone is deserving and capable of a empowering and beautiful birth experience.
